3F oil palm signs MoU with Karnataka to promote sustainable agriculture
Hyderabad: 3F Oil Palm Pvt Ltd, known for being a leader in oil palm cultivation, inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Karnataka Department of Horticulture to promote its commitment to sustainable agriculture in Karnataka. The agreement was signed in the presence of Prakash M. Sabarad, Additional Director of Horticulture.
The aim of this agreement is to strengthen rural agriculture with the support of oil palm cultivation in several areas of the state, such as Udupi, Dakshina Kannada, and Sedam taluk in the Gulbarga district.

As per the partnership, 3F Oil Palm is set to provide farmers with advanced agricultural technologies; besides this, it will organize special training programmes from the experts as well as essential resources, enabling them to increase productivity and sustainability in oil palm farming. The initiative is set to introduce state-of-the-art practices that focus on sustainable growth and community empowerment, reflecting Karnataka’s growing emphasis on horticulture development.
Srinivasarao Kilari, Head of Agriculture at 3F Oil Palm Pvt Ltd, stressed the importance of the collaboration and stated that “This MoU represents a major milestone in our mission to improve the economic conditions of the local farmers with the setting up of new standards for sustainable oil palm cultivation.” He expressed gratitude towards the Karnataka Horticulture Department for their support and shared his commitment to work closely with local farmers for a prosperous and eco-friendly future in oil palm development.
