The aim of the exhibition is to make farmers aware of the nutrient and nutritional values of agricultural and horticultural crops. They need to adopt modern techniques in their practical agricultural life and boost their income. The water crisis has been increasing in the country, so the farmers need to go for drip irrigation technology, and they must also focus on organic farming as well. On this occasion several progressive farmers were felicitated for their excellent work in the adaptation of innovative techniques.

Meanwhile, organic compost made from kitchen waste was also showcased, encouraging indoor as well as sustainable gardening. LMC asks people to use eco-friendly compost in place of chemical fertilizers for the improvement of soil fertility.
