Greenways Nursery hosts Holi & Iftaar celebrations with industry leaders

New Delhi: A grand Holi Milan and Iftaar party was hosted by Indian Nurserymen Association (INA) President YP Singh at his Greenways Nursery on Friday, March 7. The event brought together people from different backgrounds to celebrate the upcoming festival of colour, Holi and the ongoing holy month of Ramadan.

The gathering saw participation from nurserymen, landscapers, and horticulturists from Delhi NCR and neighbouring towns. Attendees discussed key issues related to the nursery and landscape sectors, including how to expand green zones all over the country and improve nursery businesses.

The event showcased India’s rich culture of unity (Ganga-Jamuni Tehzeeb), bringing together people from all communities on one platform. On this occasion, several distinguished guests, such as INA General Secretary Mukul Tyagi, Joint Secretary Mukesh Sharma, Treasurer C. Gopinath, GC Member Ashok Yadav, and Honorary Members Mehre Alam Khan, Harish Bhati, Sanjay Tyagi, and members from Ghaziabad and Noida Mandal and others, were present.

The celebration began with a Holi Milan Samaroh, where guests applied colours to each other and exchanged warm wishes. In the evening, attendees broke their fast and enjoyed Iftaar together, further strengthening the spirit of togetherness.

At the end of the event, INA President YP Singh expressed his gratitude to all the guests for their presence and contributions. The gathering was not just about celebrations but also about the thinking of ideas for a greener future.
