HortiProIndia 2024 unites farmers and experts

Pune: The Maharashtra Nurserymen’s Association, in collaboration with the Association of Environmental Horticulture and Vasu Events and Hospitality, has launched HortiProIndia 2024. It is India’s largest international exhibition and conference on floriculture and horticulture. The event was inaugurated by Ganesh Nibe, Director of Nibe Defense, on November 22 and will continue till the 26th of the month at the New Agricultural College Grounds in Sinchan Nagar, Pune.

HortiProIndia 2024 is a platform where different plants and novel gardening modes have been exhibited, bringing farmers and horticulture experts from India and abroad on one platform, providing a chance to exchange knowledge and explore new opportunities in the horticulture industry. Visitors will get a chance to see a variety of flowers, fruit and vegetable plants, medicinal and ornamental plants, international floral varieties, hydroponics, solar energy technology, biotechnology, greenhouse technology, and automation.

The purpose of the exhibition is to create a mutual understanding between professionals and farmers so that they can provide valuable guidelines and opening avenues for employment and business growth in the horticulture sector. The public can visit the exhibition from 10 am to 7 pm, with nominal entry fees.

Several dignitaries were present, like Dr. Harshdeep Singh, Deputy Director of Punjab Hortipro; Sonia Konjeti, Founder of Pune Bridge; and Vasu Events representatives Vasant Rasane, Shraddha Rasane, and Vijay Rasane. Other distinguished attendees included Shashikant Chaudhari, President of the Maharashtra Nurserymen’s Association, and other prominent figures from the agriculture and horticulture sectors were present on the occasion.

HortiProIndia 2024 has given an opportunity to all plant enthusiasts and professionals in the field of horticulture and floriculture sectors to make people aware to go for these two sectors, fetching more income.
