IHM-Hyderabad blooms with dazzling flower competition
Hyderabad: The Institute of Hotel Management (IHM-Hyderabad), Hyderabad, organized the Intra-Collegiate Flower Arrangement Competition. The vibrant celebration turned into a floral paradise, bringing different species of flowers, designs of floriculture, students and professionals on one platform. A professional category competition was also held, inspiring students to understand industry-level standards in floriculture and hospitality.
Students from other hotel management institutes in Hyderabad and Chennai participated enthusiastically in different categories like Freestyle, Flower Decoration, Ikebana, and Bouquet Making. Each floral creation was judged on color harmony, creativity, and presentation. The event was graced by an esteemed panel of judges, including Ikebana expert Ho-Kiku A. Vineetha Sunil Kumar, Hoka Sukanya Reddy, and other industry professionals. They praised the participants for their exceptional floriculture skills and attention to detail.

Sanjay Thakur, Principal of IHM-Hyderabad, emphasized the importance of flowers and floral arrangements in the hospitality industry.
