INA’s International Horti Expo turns the India Expo Mart complex into a garden of flowers

New Delhi: Today is the second day of the three-day India International Horti Expo being held at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida to promote the horticulture industry under the aegis of the Indian Nurserymen’s Association. During this time, looking at the stalls of nurserymen from different states decorated in the India Expo Mart premises, it seems as if we have come to a valley. The campus is resplendent with the color and fragrance of flowers.

Officials said that the Horti Expo is organized every year under the aegis of the Indian Nurserymen Association to awaken people towards gardening. The crowd of plant lovers coming to see flowers and plants has increased significantly compared to the previous expo.

There was a huge crowd of nature lovers on the first day, Thursday. To make this moment memorable by admiring the unique display of thousands of colorful flowers, people took a lot of selfies and got their photos clicked. India International Horti Expo was inaugurated by Ganesh Joshi, Agriculture Minister of the Uttarakhand Government on Thursday. Addressing Indian nurserymen, he explained to them the importance of organic farming and horticulture.

Flowers and plants of different species from the country and the world remain the center of attraction for the people at the Horti Expo. This Horti Expo will run till 24th February. Indian Nurserymen’s Association President YP Singh said that the main theme of the Horti Expo has been kept as the horticulture and nursery industry, but other areas related to it have also been included in it.
