Pune gears up for Empress Garden Flower Show 2025

Pune: Flower and horticulture have been taking place across the country. It is the time of Pune to organize such a kind of vibrant show. The upcoming event, ‘Empress Garden Flower Show 2025,’ is set to be held in Pune from January 24 to 27. It is being organized by the Agri-Horticulture Society of Western India. It will remain open for the public from 9 am to 7:30 pm.

It is expected that nursery owners from different parts of the country, including Pune, Kolhapur, Sangli, and Nashik, will participate in this vibrant flower show. It would be a wonderful exhibition for the nature lovers and horticulture enthusiasts. The event will create awareness among the people regarding flowers and natural beauty.

The ‘Empress Botanical Garden’ has been spanned in more than 39 acres of land. Earlier, it was known as Soldiers’ Gardens during British India. The forthcoming flower exhibition will display varieties of flowers and plants. It is expected that people from all walks of life turn up to see this flourishing exhibition.

Currently, the garden has a rich collection of 180-200 tree varieties, making the entire area lush green. Besides this, 5-acre areas have been used for the plant nursery, where numerous kinds of saplings are being cultivated. The plants are being sold to the public at reasonable prices.
