Pune’s PMC Flower Show Enchants Spectators with Vibrant Colors at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj Garden

Pune: On the occasion of the Pune Municipal Corporation’s anniversary, the 42nd PMC Annual Fruits, Flowers, and Vegetables Competition and Exhibition has been organised at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj Garden, Jangli Maharaj Road, Shivajinagar. The exhibition was inaugurated by Pune Municipal Commissioner Vikram Kumar on Saturday. It is now open to the public.

Visitors were greeted by meticulously curated displays featuring a diverse range of flowers, plants, and ornamental arrangements. From towering sunflowers to delicate orchids, the exhibition celebrated the rich tapestry of flora found in the region, highlighting both indigenous species and exotic imports.

One of the highlights of the show was the vibrant floral carpets meticulously crafted by skilled artisans, each design a masterpiece blending colors and textures to create mesmerizing patterns. These intricate displays served as a testament to the creativity and craftsmanship of Pune’s gardening community.
