Shri Ram Nath Kovind’s Farewell Speech Called For Saving the Earth For the Children
Outgoing President Ram Nath Kovind, during his farewell, addressed the nation saying that the country is getting ready to make the 21st century India’s century. He said that he firmly believes that the country is getting ready to make the 21st century India’s century.
Calling upon the countrymen to protect the environment for future generations, President Ram Nath Kovind said on Sunday that Mother Nature is in deep pain and the climate crisis may threaten the future of the planet. So we have to save the earth for our children. He highlighted the importance of health care and education and said that these, along with economic reforms, will make citizens realize their potential and make them prosperous.
He further said that nowadays all the countrymen are celebrating ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’. In August 2022, we will all celebrate the 75th anniversary of India’s independence. We will enter that ‘Amrit Kaal’ of 25 years duration, which will be completed in the Centenary Year of Independence i.e. 2047. These special historical years are like milestones on the path of progress of our republic.
The elected President Draupadi Murmu has been sworn in as the 15th President of the country.
