UP government promotes vegetable farming in Chandauli
Chandauli: A huge number of farmers are switching from traditional farming to the horticulture or floriculture sector. The purpose of farmers is to earn more and more money in less physical lobour. In practical life, it has been proving correct. Therefore, several state governments are encouraging the farmer community to take an interest in this horticulture sector. They are being supported by governments as well.
The Uttar Pradesh government is not behind in the promotion of the sector. To promote vegetable and spice farming, the state government is encouraging farmers in Chandauli district to adopt horticulture. The department will provide high-quality seeds to farmers to grow flowers, spices, and vegetables and earn pocketfuls of money under this scheme.
